BOOKING POLICY:

In order to book a reserved time, a non-refundable booking fee is required to make an appointment for new customers. *Your booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your services, due on the day of your appointment. ​

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS POLICY :

• Please give us a 24 hour notice to cancel or to reschedule for in studio appointments.  

• If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited, and will act as a cancellation fee.  

 

PRIVATE PARTY CANCELLATIONS POLICY :

• All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance by a phone call only.  

• Cancellations with at least 72 hours notice can be rescheduled as a ONE - TIME courtesy.

• If second appointment is cancelled again, booking fee will be forfeited, and will act as a cancellation fee.​ ​

PERMANENT JEWELRY REPAIR & RETURNS

 

• Has your permanent jewelry broken or does it need to be adjusted? We offer complimentary adjustments and reWelds for jewelry that was purchased from us. ​​​

•  For permanent jewelry from other businesses we offer a complimentary reWeld with a purchase, otherwise, the fee is $20.​​

• FOREVER INK+JEWELRY does not claim responsibility for lost jewelry.​​

• All permanent jewelry is final sale and non-refundable. ​​

• FOREVER INK+JEWELRY is not responsible for metal allergies or improper care of jewelry.​
